There are currently two major environmental crises that the planet and humanity are facing: climate change and biodiversity loss. Habitat loss, as a result of human activities, remains the primary driver of the biodiversity crisis, which means that protecting and restoring habitat must be at the heart of any strategy to conserve nature.
