Upsalquitch River Day, April 24
If you are in the neighbourhood of Robinsonville (south of Campbellton on Route 17) on Saturday, April 24, then stop by and help celebrate Upsalquitch River Day. This annual event honours the beautiful river and the role it plays in the lives of local citizens. There will be information booths about the Upsalquitch, rivers and wildlife, the environment and local artisans. There will also be a free BBQ, wagon rides for the children, and bluegrass music. The event runs between 1 and 5pm at the Robinsonville Fire Hall at 36 Usalquitch River Road, and is a great way to spend the afternoon next to one of New Brunswick's beauthiful wild rivers.
