Ontario caribou plan draws criticism: Toronto Star

A provincial plan on how to save the endangered woodland caribou is getting a failing grade from environmental groups.

The plan is proof the Ministry of Natural Resources is trying to "suck and blow" at the same time, attempting to address conservation concerns without damaging the forestry industry, said Janet Sumner, executive director of the Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society Wildlands League.
