Volunteer
Volunteering with CPAWS is a great way to make friends, learn about conservation firsthand, and be part of our mission to protect Canada's wilderness.

Featured opportunity (Ottawa):

Join the Bou crew!
Do you want to help protect Canada's Big Wild? Gain some volunteer experience? Channel your inner caribou?
Then look no further! CPAWS is looking for outgoing individuals to get out in the Ottawa community with Bou and help collect signatures to protect Bou and his woodland caribou cousins.
You'll talk to people about protecting Canada's woodland caribou and their boreal forest habitat, help turn kids into caribou and take photos with them and Bou. We'll provide the training and tools, you provide the enthusiasm.
You are the ideal candidate if you're comfortable with:
- talking with lots of people
- working with kids
- using a digital camera
...and interested in conserving Canada's wilderness!
Want to be part of the fun? Please contact Jill Sturdy to sign up.
