Directions to our office
The CPAWS National and Ottawa Valley Chapter offices are located at 250 City Centre Avenue, Suite 506 in Ottawa. City Centre is bounded by Scott Street to the north, Somerset Street to the south, and the O-Train tracks to the west. Please note that the building and City Centre Avenue are not directly accessible from Somerset or Preston, but only from Scott Street. City Centre is an accessible building with free parking.
from the Ottawa Airport
- By car, follow the
main road out of the Airport. This curves gently through a wooded area,
and turns into Bronson.
- Follow Bronson to Scott Street and turn left onto Scott Street.
- Follow Scott to City Centre Avenue, just before the overpass. You will
see the large white City Centre building on your left.
- Turn left onto City Centre Avenue. You'll find ample parking in front of the City Centre building. Come to the 5th floor office in the main tower.
from the VIA train station
- By car, exit the train station and turn right on Riverside.
- From Riverside, get on Highway 417 West.
- Get off at the Parkdale exit and follow Parkdale north to Scott Street.
- Turn right at the overpass, and right again onto City Centre Avenue.
- You will see the large white City Centre building on your right.
You'll find ample parking in front of the City Centre building. Come to the 5th floor office in the main tower.
from Highway 417 East
- Get off at the Bronson Street exit.
- Follow Bronson to Scott Street and turn left onto Scott Street.
- Follow Scott to City Centre Avenue, just before the overpass. You will
see the large white City Centre building on your left.
- Turn left
onto City Centre Avenue. You'll find ample parking in front of the City
Centre building. Come to the 5th floor office in the main tower.
from Highway 417 West
- Get off at the Parkdale exit and follow Parkdale north to Scott Street.
- Turn right at the overpass, and right again immediately after the overpass at City Centre Avenue Road.
- You will see the large white City Centre building on your right. You'll find ample parking in front of the City Centre building. Come to the 5th floor office in the main tower.
Via public transportation
The CPAWS National Office is only a short walk from the Bayview transit station, accessible by buses #85, 86, 95, 96, and 97, among others. Buses #3, 16 and 18 will drop you off at Scott Street and City Centre Avenue.The O-Train's northern terminus is right in front of the City Centre building.
