Jim has worked in the non-profit sector since 2000, with duties in communications, administration and logistics. He has a background in the technology field, working in online tool creation and database analysis. Jim is coordinating web and print communications for CPAWS.

Jim has a B.Sc. in Biology and Environmental Science from Trent University, with a focus in aquatic ecology. He fills his spare time with video production and other creative pursuits. He lives in Ottawa with his wife Wendy.

Call for Candidates for CPAWS National Board

CPAWS is seeking individuals who wish to be considered as nominees for its national Board of Trustees. The Board has ultimate responsibility for ensuring that as a federally-incorporated, not-for-profit, charitable organization, CPAWS is financially sound, complies with relevant laws, and has appropriate policies, plans and programs in place to accomplish its conservation objectives.
